2. Custom Orders and Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including garment sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, artwork placement, and design specifications.
When artwork approval is required, customers must review and approve the final proof before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Minor differences in print colors, garment colors, and placement may occur due to production processes and screen display differences.
3. Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers who submit logos, photographs, graphics, or other artwork confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.
Cephas T-Shirts & Designs reserves the right to decline artwork that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed on our website or provided through individual quotes.
Payment terms will be communicated before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, customization fees, or additional charges will be disclosed during checkout or in the customer’s quote.
Additional artwork revisions or changes to approved order specifications may result in additional charges.
5. Production and Delivery
Production timelines depend on order size, product availability, artwork approval, and printing requirements.
Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, custom merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged for changes of mind, incorrect customer-selected sizes, or customer-approved artwork.
Customers should contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
We will review reported issues and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our published return policies.
Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated before processing an eligible refund.
